Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your order and our hassle-free return process.

Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via standard international post and typically arrive within 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hainailsstudio@gmail.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any sets that have been opened or used, even partially.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise and will make it right. Please contact us at hainailsstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hainailsstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable method β€” return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Opened or used nail sets
  • Items purchased on final sale or with a discount code over 30% off
  • Gift cards
